Dr. Hart is originally from Chattanooga, TN and enjoys being back in the area providing psychiatric services to Tennova Behavioral Health in Cleveland, TN. He received his undergraduate degree in engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Baylor University. After working as a Project Manager for Electronic Data Systems for nearly a decade, he changed careers and went on to graduate from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his psychiatry residency training at The Northeast Ohio Medical University. He is now a board-certified psychiatrist in Adult General Psychiatry. Dr. Hart enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and pets, as well as being an avid traveler.
