Jared Roe LCSW

My name is Jared Roe, and I’m a licensed therapist in Alabama, Kentucky & Tennessee. I hold a Master of Social Work from Alabama A&M University, and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. I’ve spent my entire career in the mental healthcare field in various clinical and leadership roles and have been an independently licensed clinical social worker since 2008. I am also a proud Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

For me, the cornerstones of the therapeutic relationship are genuineness, authenticity, and trust. We wear so many masks across so many settings that it can feel exhausting. I want the therapy room to be a place where you are comfortable enough not to be distracted by preconceptions that either of us may have about the process. I genuinely enjoy getting to know more about my clients, and I’m a big believer in the healing power of laughter.

My goal as your therapist is to help you identify your strengths and help you maximize them to overcome your challenges. I have been described as genuine, authentic, and supportive – with a decent sense of humor. I’m here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment. You have taken the first and most important step by reaching out for help. It has been my great privilege throughout my career to accompany so many clients on the journey to meaningful change, and I am looking forward to working with you!
